Alexis Swartz focuses her practice on high-stakes, complex commercial matters in state court, federal court, and arbitration.

While at the firm, Alexis has defended a large, publicly traded pharmaceutical company in numerous consumer class action false advertising cases and has successfully managed briefing and discovery in those and other complex matters. She was an essential member of a trial team that won a complete victory on the merits for a bitcoin-mining company in bet-the-company litigation. She has also successfully briefed, argued, and won an appeal in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. 

Before joining Lehotsky Keller Cohn LLP, Alexis clerked for Judge Kevin Newsom of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and for Judge Martha Pacold of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
