Drew Waldbeser is a trial and appellate litigator with experience across subject matter and at every level of federal and state court.
Before joining Lehotsky Keller Cohn LLP, Mr. Waldbeser served as Deputy Solicitor General in the Georgia Attorney General’s Office. In that capacity, he successfully represented the state in dozens of high-profile, high-stakes actions. He regularly authored briefs submitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia trial courts, and federal courts across the country. He has successfully argued in court on multiple occasions, including before the Eleventh Circuit and the Georgia Supreme Court.
Mr. Waldbeser clerked for Judge Michael S. Kanne of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He also clerked for Judge Thomas L. Ludington of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
