Erin Edwards helps clients navigate complex litigation matters in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on case strategy and trial support at all stages of litigation.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Edwards was a senior associate in the Litigation & Trial Practice group at Alston & Bird LLP, where she focused on class action defense and data privacy matters. In that role, she represented clients in high-stakes litigation and developed experience managing complex legal and factual issues. Ms. Edwards also served as lead counsel for the first petitioner to be resentenced and released under Georgia's Survivor Justice Act.
Ms. Edwards served as a law clerk for Judge Julia S. Gibbons of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She earned her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Virginia Law Review and was elected to Order of the Coif.
