Gabriela Gonzalez-Araiza is experienced in strategic litigation across industries and subject matter areas, including constitutional law, administrative law, and government regulatory matters.
Before joining Lehotsky Keller Cohn LLP, Ms. Gonzalez-Araiza practiced in the government regulatory litigation and appellate practice groups at WilmerHale in Washington, DC. In addition, Ms. Gonzalez-Araiza was a Constitutional Law Fellow at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty from 2019-2020. She has authored petitions for writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as briefs and motions at all levels of federal and state courts.
Ms. Gonzalez-Araiza clerked for Judge S. Kyle Duncan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law where she was co-president of the Federalist Society, senior editor of the Berkeley Business Law Journal, and research assistant for Professor John Yoo. Ms. Gonzalez-Araiza received her B.A. in Politics from Princeton University and speaks fluent Spanish.
