Jared Magnuson is a litigator with a broad range of experience representing clients in both federal and state courts and before administrative agencies.
Before joining Lehotsky Keller Cohn LLP, Mr. Magnuson practiced commercial, regulatory, and appellate litigation in the Atlanta office of Jones Day. As a member of the firm’s Business and Tort Litigation group, Mr. Magnuson authored briefs submitted to federal and state courts of appeals, authored dispositive motions submitted to federal and state trial courts, and argued motions hearings in state trial courts. He also authored comments on proposed federal agency rules, developed litigation strategies for challenges to agency actions, and advised clients on regulatory risks affecting critical areas of their businesses.
Mr. Magnuson clerked for Judge Karen LeCraft Henderson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and Judge Lisa Godbey Wood of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
