Jeremy Maltz has a broad range of experience representing clients across industries and at all levels of the state and federal courts.
Before joining Lehotsky Keller Cohn LLP, Mr. Maltz practiced as a commercial and appellate litigator in the Washington D.C. office of Baker Botts LLP. As a member of the firm's Appellate and Supreme Court Practice group, Mr. Maltz represented clients in both state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. He authored briefs for the United States Supreme Court, federal and state courts of appeals, and he regularly assisted with dispositive motions and other complex issues at the trial stage.
Mr. Maltz served as a judicial law clerk for Justice Jeffrey S. Boyd on the Supreme Court of Texas and Judge James C. Ho on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
