Robert (Bobby) Dunteman is a litigator with experience in all phases of a case across federal district and appellate courts and federal agencies. Bobby has litigated a broad array of disputes on behalf of clients spanning various industries. He has represented clients in patent, trade secret, contract, and other state-tort disputes regarding cutting-edge technologies and services in the semiconductor, software, medical device, aerospace, electric vehicle, and industrial manufacturing equipment industries. Bobby also has experience in cases involving veterans’ rights, antitrust, product liability, and the Takings Clause.
Before joining Lehotsky Keller Cohn LLP, Bobby was a member of Latham & Watkins LLP’s litigation group in Washington, D.C. Before that, Bobby served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Kimberly A. Moore of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Judge R. David Proctor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
